Shipping

  • Shipping costs are determined by the individual merchant and are not set by Gimp Productions, although they are monitored and ensured to be of a reasonable amount based on either the weight or size of the package.
    note: some countries charge import fees for items being brought into the country, which Gimp Productions or the merchants cannot be held responsible for, neither can we be excpected to pay this fee.
  • As most merchants make their own products or supply them, they hold the responsibility of sending and handling of items themselves. This saves time and means that you will receive your purchase sooner as the items are sent directly from the place of manufacture/storage.
  • All merchants will try and send purchases within two working days of receiving payment. Delivery time vary depending on the item's destination and the location it is being sent from as we have merchants from across the globe.
    Delivery time may also vary if the item purchased is a 'made to order' item, where the item is hand crafted specifically for each customer. In such cases the estimated delivery time will be listed on the item description.

Returns

  • If you wish to return an item it must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the same condition that it was received in.
    For information on where to return the item you must contact the respective merchant.
  • Broken or faulty goods will be replaced where possible, but due to the uniqueness of some items this may not be possible. Where a replacement cannot be given a full refund will be sent, covering the original cost of the item and it's postage.
    We will not refund the postage cost of returning the item.
  • If you wish to return non-faulty goods you must contact the respective merchant before returning the item. Accepting returns of non-faulty goods is at the descretion of each individual merchant.
