Creating bullet point lists is relatively easy to do.
To start the list you must begin with the [list][/list] tags. These create the basic template for the list.

Now for each individual bullet point, you must enclose it within [*][/*] tags.
The [*] tag marks the start of a new point whereas the [/*] marks the end of one:

[list]
[*]List item 1[/*]
[*]List item 2[/*]
[*]List item 3[/*]
[/list]

Would display:

• List item 1
• List item 2
• List item 3
